We recommend waxed laces for our players. The wax makes it easier for youth players to tie their own skates. We like this model the best due to the amount of wax applied...not too much...not too little.
Elite Hockey Prolace Waxed Laces are great for players at all levels from mites to professionals. These are high quality laces which are durable and hold up against the test of time.
The laces are available in a variety of lengths. We recommend 84" laces for skates up thought size Junior 3 and 96" for larger sizes. See the chart below for length recommendations from Elite Hockey.
