This is our favorite brand of tape. We prefer Renfrew over other brands due to its consistency and performance on the ice. We prefer Renfrew over Howies due to its slightly better feel on the ice, and it's easier to tear for youth players.
Renfrew Pro‐Blade XT black cloth hockey tape is ideal for composite hockey sticks. Its advanced adhesive and polyester/cotton cloth base provides a high quality product which holds up well on the ice.
Renfrew black cloth tape provides optimal puck control and is moisture resistant. We recommend our players apply Howies Stick Wax to Renfrew cloth hockey stick tape to avoid snow and ice build-up.
